Ultra PA-CF 3D Printing Filament Features

Ultra PA-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polyamide) is a high-performance composite material based on Ultra PA with added carbon fiber. The carbon fiber significantly improves tensile strength, flexural modulus and heat deflection temperature while reducing thermal expansion coefficient and shrinkage.
Mechanical Properties
Tensile strength 110 MPa, flexural strength 165 MPa, flexural modulus 5500 MPa, approximately 70% rigidity improvement over neat PA.
Thermal Properties
Melting temperature (Tm) 235°C, heat deflection temperature (HDT B) 165°C (0.45MPa), approximately 86°C improvement over neat PA.
Chemical Resistance
Inherits the chemical corrosion resistance of the polyamide matrix, with good resistance to acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents.
